LEGAL NOTICE: ACCESSING THE MASKION ARCHIPELAGO CONSTITUTES BINDING AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONNECT IMMEDIATELY.

1. Intellectual Property & License

The MASKION software, including all algorithms, artwork, mask designs, MIF idea, Ruffle idea, is the exclusive property of MASKION STUDIOS INC. You are granted a limited license for personal use. Reverse engineering or decompiling our engine is strictly prohibited.

2. Anti-Cheat & Fair Play

The use of automated bots, scripts, or multi-accounting to manipulate game state is strictly prohibited. MASKION STUDIOS reserves the right to monitor gameplay for suspicious patterns. Violations result in immediate asset seizure and permanent account termination.

3. Vanguard Code of Conduct

To ensure a competitive yet respectful environment, all users must adhere to these standards. MASKION STUDIOS reserves the right to suspend or ban users for "weird," offensive, or toxic behavior:

Zero Tolerance for Toxicity: Harassment, stalking, or the use of offensive, discriminatory, or hate-speech language in global chats or team forums.
Respectful Interaction: Prohibition of "griefing" or bullying fellow players.
Inappropriate Content: Sharing pornographic, violent, or illegal links within the social layers.
Moderation Authority: The final decision on conduct-related bans rests solely with our moderation team.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration to ensure rapid resolution for the MASKION community.
